The purpose of this website is to inform gifted parents, students, and teachers of self-regulation skills needed to thrive in their schooling and later in life.  Gifted students who struggle with self-regulation skills need the tools to equip them with the ability to monitor their emotions, shift their perfectionist mindset, and thrive through online learning.

            The Bible teaches us that “a man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls” (Proverbs 25:28, English Standard Version Bible, 2001). When an individual can regulate their emotions independent from teachers and parents, they will be like a city with walls and able to function appropriately in society.
